  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if your order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Defective or Wrong Product

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective or wrong product, please follow the steps below to request a return, refund, or exchange:

  1. Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • Mandatory: You must make an unboxing video of the product showing the defect or incorrect item.
    • Note: Without an unboxing video, no return, refund, or exchange will be possible.
  2. Reporting the Issue:

    • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue along with the unboxing video.
  3. Approval Process:

    • Our team will review your unboxing video and the details you provided.
    • If the defect or error is confirmed, we will approve your request for a return, refund, or exchange.
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
    • Ensure the product is securely packed and shipped back to us.
  5. Processing Time:

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted.
  • ToysEpic reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange if the unboxing video does not clearly show the defect or incorrect item.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by ToysEpic.in if the defect or error is confirmed.
